Motor Control
Industrial process controls are all over the board, from simple to complex, low cost to very high cost. We default to our standards…quality controls, no low end components…to maintain long term functionality and minimized maintenance down time.
Alarm Systems
Simple monitoring panel to alert based on inputs to prevent down time. Often simply a local alarm, but also offered for remote access to text/email. Custom applications can include many inputs to be monitored and separation or alerts (preventative) and alarms (urgent critical).
Valve Control
Most are simple electromechanical or MVP for some process valve controls. Larger industrial systems that coordinate valve controls with other processes are typically TCOM or TCOM-XL.
Pressure Control
Most are simple electromechanical or MVP for some process controls that include pressurized air tools. This is identical in many ways to the valve controls, but simply opening air valves rather than water valves. Air pressure systems are mostly low voltage and require many special features such as anti-condensation measures. All are custom processes and panels are typically TCOM or TCOM-XL.
