Most lift stations are municipal, commercial/industrial & residential lift stations are very rare.

OLS is our own Municipal Lift Station controller with the programming is already done. We include many features standard including a local touchscreen, remote access with automatic call (email/text) out for alarms, data logging, grease ring reduction technology, primary & backup level sensors, pump monitoring & on VFD panels pump efficiency monitoring/control adjustment.

TREATMENT PROCESS CONTROLS

Decentralized treatment is our most common application. Can be simple and low cost (MVP), full feature with remote access (TCOM or TCOM-XL), or built to spec (Custom PLC). There are a variety of decentralized treatment processes, so most commonly they require a custom panel. However we do make several lines of standard treatment panels.

Most Municipal treatment systems require SCADA integration. We can build the panel (hardware only) but do not get involved with integration work.

We do provide stand-alone influent/effluent lift station controls for Municipal treatment plants, as well as mixer controls, gate controls & valve controls.

STCOM is our standard Advantex treatment controls with the programming & design already complete, so we can minimize cost and lead time.
